What the team can practise

Agree a shared concept

Before shaping a shared sculpture from a block of ice, let participants offer different starting points and choose a direction the whole group can support.

Use varied strengths

Ice Carving gives people room to contribute through planning, making, arranging or presenting.

Build on ideas

Listen for useful suggestions and improve them together instead of treating the first idea as final.

Coordinate the details

Bring timing, materials and individual contributions together so the final piece feels coherent.

Invite participation

Check that quieter participants have a practical way to shape the work, not only observe it.

Present with purpose

Discuss how the team explains the choices behind its result and recognises everyone's input.
