The challenge brief

Diagnose. Repair. Power Up.

A critical system has gone offline. Your team receives a damaged circuit, a limited component kit and a fault brief. The mission is to identify what failed, restore the circuit and explain why the final solution works.

Agree the mission rules and success criteria during the briefing, then let your team choose its approach.

What shapes the challenge
  • Fault cards reveal symptoms rather than answers
  • Teams work with a controlled low-voltage circuit
  • Testing is required before a repair is accepted
  • Final validation checks both function and reasoning
Inside the experience

Your mission, step by step.

A practical progression from the first decision to the final demonstration.

01

Read the fault brief and inspect the circuit

Compare the expected output with the visible symptoms of the fault.

02

Map possible failure points before touching components

Sketch the circuit path and agree a sequence of checks before changing parts.

03

Test, isolate and repair the fault

Use the provided test method to isolate the issue and make a focused repair.

04

Verify the output against the success condition

Confirm that the repaired circuit meets the stated output condition.

05

Present the diagnosis and the working solution

Show the working circuit and explain the evidence behind the diagnosis.

Purpose behind the experience

Build capability through participation.

Root-cause thinking

Trace the visible symptom to a plausible point of failure.

Evidence before action

Use a diagnostic check before replacing a component.

Technical communication

Explain circuit observations so teammates can act on them.

Structured troubleshooting

Follow a shared sequence from inspection through repair and validation.

Bring the learning back to work.

When a business process fails, strong teams diagnose before they prescribe. Circuit Rescue makes that behaviour visible and measurable.

Before you book

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Planning details for Circuit Rescue. Bring any additional requirements into your conversation with Sieger.

Do participants need electronics knowledge?

No. The challenge can be configured for beginner or technically experienced teams.

Is the circuit safe?

The corporate format uses controlled low-voltage components and facilitator-managed equipment.

Can Sieger customise the challenge for our objective?

Yes. Difficulty, narrative, scoring, team size, duration, venue layout and the workplace behaviour being explored can all be customised.

Can this be combined with other technology experiences?

Yes. The experience can be combined with electronics, drones, robotics, STEM, software, AI and mechanical challenges to create a larger technology challenge journey.

How many people can take part in Circuit Rescue?

The current planning format is 20–60 participants, organised into teams of 5–6. Confirm the final group size with Sieger so equipment, facilitator coverage and team rotations can be planned.

How long should we allow for the experience?

The indicative activity duration is 60 min. Briefing, practice, team presentations and debrief requirements can affect the final agenda; agree the complete session timing during planning.

What equipment is involved?

The proposed kit includes Multimeter / tester, LEDs, switches and resistors, Low-voltage power source, Breadboard / connectors, and Fault cards and validation sheet. Confirm the final equipment list, participant devices and venue requirements with the programme team.

Who is this experience suited to?

The existing format is designed with engineering and technical teams, operations teams, cross-functional teams, emerging leaders in mind. Share participants’ experience levels so the technical depth and facilitation can be matched to the group.

How are the results discussed?

The facilitator can use the agreed challenge rules, team decisions and observed results to guide the debrief. The discussion connects root-cause thinking, evidence before action, technical communication to situations your team encounters at work.

How do we plan a Circuit Rescue session?

Send your preferred date, location, participant count and learning objective through the enquiry form or call +91 98400 97567. Sieger can discuss the suitable format, equipment, venue needs and proposal.
