Beyond the activity

What teams can take from the Zipline session

As the group works through the task of taking part in a guided zipline experience, preparation and mutual encouragement matter alongside individual effort. A guided reflection can help the group identify how it managed pace, shared information and supported participants as the experience unfolded.

Connect those observations to a real team setting: agree roles before a demanding task, communicate changing conditions and check that people have what they need to contribute.
